XF 2.1 spam phrase "https" not always matching: how to troubleshoot?

One of our spam phrases is "https". It catches many posts, but not all of them. Some posts with https get through, like a post with this snippet:
[URL='https://site.com/text-here/']moretext[/URL]

How can I troubleshoot this?
How can I find out why it didn't match?

Try this: /^http\S+$/si

Thanks, Brogan. I put it after the http and https lines to see if if catches something that the others miss.
