Spam Manager timing out.

This is kind of an unusual request, but I have a user that is from a fairly repressive country who contacted me in a panic asking me to remove ALL of his content ASAP. I figured the best way to do this would be by using the Spam tool, but when I try it gives me a time-out message. My guess is because the fellow has 2,500 messages.

Is there something I can do or do you know of a better way to accomplish this task?
