The easiest option would probably be the SMTP integration. You can set this up without any addons in XF by logging into the admin area -> Options -> Email Options -> Enable SMTP

Then just add the settings provided by SendGrid and you should be good. Be sure to test it though.

Personally, I think SendGrid would be a very good choice. Mandrill is officially recommending SparkPost though I have never personally used them so can't comment.

Yes we send about 500,000 on average a month.

This is true. I played with Sendgrid and will probably switch to it. How can bounced email forwarding be setup on it? Sorry if it's been asked before, haven't had a chance to properly play.

Gotcha. You could check out MailGun and see if they meet your requirements. I haven't personally used them though on quick glance they would be significantly cheaper than SendGrid.

Server located in India? At least the one that run their website.

I'm using Sparkpost and I'm ok with it... but it lacks the bounce email (they have it available only by API).
