Snogs Site was down, it is now back up ... move along, nothing to see here

Pretty sure Ozzy does it out of love, rather than the money. So his discoverability couldn’t care him less.

I'm pretty sure it's a big deal for people using the addons.

A business must appear stable, the last thing one wants to worry about among all the upgrades and comparability checks is the relationship between developers. When I make the decision to purchase or renew an addon stability is one of my utmost concerns. Also the fact that the addons are available through the main platform adds credibility.

That said, if you know you know and those who want his addons will find him.

I don't think he's stopping support of his addons.

Just checked his site and saw this:
This.
It just means he's not doing support of addons on XF. You'll have to go onto his site to grab them and ask for his support there.
A bit like russ and his pixelexit stuff.

Ozzy is an exceptional developer, whom I personally greatly appreciate, who has helped the community a lot, both with add-ons at affordable prices and with assistance and support.

I hope that the conflict will be resolved for the best and that he will return to being a partner and active member of the forum here, and in any case that his invaluable contribution will not cease.

To be clear; he did not upset us and we didn't delete his resources as a result.

He was upset by an interaction with the XF staff and he requested his add-ons to be deleted on here and we obliged with his request, as is standard. @Ozzy47 is welcome to request his resources be undeleted if he has a change of heart.
I don’t know the full details of what happened here, so I won’t comment on the specifics. But this isn’t the first time we’ve seen a developer walk away—and delete their addons—over so-called “interaction” issues with the staff. Maybe it’s time the XF team takes a long, hard look in the mirror and starts making some serious changes, because if they don’t, this won’t be the last exit. Let’s be honest: when a developer with dozens of active addons decides to pull the plug, it’s not over a petty disagreement. Something clearly went very wrong in that “interaction.”

it’s not over a petty disagreement
Seems pretty minor, assuming nothing else happened out of sight.

I don't really know what changes they could make with this specific interaction to prevent what happened.

I'm just excited for the first time, in what seems months, that the "UK Online Safety Regulations..." may get de-throned as the most popular trending content by this topic. Talk about a slow news cycle for XenForo.

Assuming they don't lock this one too

Be nice if they left the thread open so we can discuss and vent a bit.

They can always close and move it later.
