XF 2.0 SMTP connection error

Hello i am getting error while testing my smtp connection

i have validated my email credentials with Mozila Thunderbrid everything works normal i have used proper ports and password any idea why i am getting error

What SMTP provider? Sometimes the port can be blocked on the server.

my website is hosted on same server . and no ports blocks since i checked everything with 3rd party mail software

The only issues I've had are the configuration settings in XF wrong (TLS, SSL) properties, or the port was blocked by my server/host.

It looks like you need to validate your sending address with your SMTP provider. Most SMTP provides require this I believe. As far as how to do that with your host, I would submit a support ticket.

You probably need to disable the variable sender email option -- your SMTP provider doesn't appear to support it.

I was had same issues be sure that you add sender email same as Bounced email address on xenforo Email options.
I thinks it was sending email to same Bounced email address.
