XF 1.5 slow site all of a sudden

hosting, hosting and hostig, datacenter, datacenter and datacenter all problems are on them, and updating to latest php and mysql version helps to!

Those are normal and nothing to worry about. They aren't doing anything.

Your host can effectively turn them off in their MySQL config or you can turn off the "Enable Delayed Insert SQL Queries" option.

upgrade to php7 helps and latest mysql its that hard to understand?

Any particular reason you are loading ioncube loader? Do you actually need it? Are any of your PHP scripts ionCube protected?

I don't think so but its shared server so I'm not sure if they would shut it off if i asked , you think its a big deal?

If a shared server it probably is needed by others... and being a shared server may also be part of your issue. If they have another client on it using excessive resources, it will effect you also.
