XF 1.5 Signature images broken

I have SSL on my installation, so of course I am using link/image proxies enabled. However, when someone attempts to use the image tag to have an image in their signature, the image doesn't load and is broken. I am certain I have looked over the correct settings to ensure everything looks good, but I could be missing something.

If you can identify an example URL that is broken, you can use the Test Image Proxy tool in the Admin CP and this may reveal more information about why it is failing.
