XF 1.3 Signature Cannot Be Edited

I've noticed this problem tonight.

I analysed the permissions on my forum and:

• Registered members cannot display a signature
• Premium Members can display a signature
• Administrators can display a signature

Members who added a signature previously still have their signature displayed, however there is not option to change their signature in the profile menu.

When I go to .../account/signature, I get the following error:

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

What is causing this? Has something changed in the recent upgrade?

If you have these set to zero, members will not be able to edit their signatures. How do you have these set?

Yeah it looks like they had all been reset to zero. Strange as I had configured these settings in the past for a certain number of lines, smilies etc.
