I just had a little tinker with the custom fields and you've just inspired me. Damn I've got a ton of work now to do.

I can't find the answer (might have missed it). Can a member have more then one car in the showcase? And can they create their own thread?

Do you mean have more than one separate showcase items? In which case yes.

And can they create their own thread?

If you create a new showcase item, that thread is created for them automatically. If they create a thread, then you can link that thread to a showcase item as mentioned above.

There is no "limit" on the amount of Showcase Items a user can create. Each Member has a showcase Profile page that display each item they have created (also displays on their XF Profile as well).

As far as threads, when a user creates a showcase item, a discussion thread is automatically created for them (if you enabled that option for the category they are creating it in). You can also merge or associate an existing thread into a showcase item (this is a Moderator only permission).

I have been happy with Sportsbook so I don't see why I won't be happy with this.

You can create items on the support site if you want to see how it works (it will auto create a thread for you so you can see that functionality).

Yeah I bought Sportsbook from him. And now I just bought Showcase. I will be installing shortly. Thanks for the help everyone. I doubt my questions are finished yet.

I have mine set up to give more attachments and larger file sizes to premium groups.

At Ad/Ex, when I click the red one, I expect to see the new Showcase items.
Is that possible ?
And when there is no alert, just direct me to the usual page ?

Note: I know about the dropdown.

I think users like myself expect the alert functionality to work like the Native Xenforo Alerts.

I will add, my suggested functionality would encourage people to see the NEW showcase items ... and that is a good thing.

No. The Image Gallery is driven off the uploaded images. If you want a different type of gallery, you will have to customize that on your own.

it should work. I have it working. Are you using the RawHyperText block? What exactly are you trying to do?
