XF 1.2 should I upgrade to XF 1.2 today ?

should I upgrade to XF 1.2 today ?
Or will there be an updated release like e.g. XF 1.2.1 in the next week ?


I do not want to upgrade today, only to find out there will be an update in the next 3 days or so.....

Impossible to say.

If a major bug is found which warrants a third point release then yes, a new release will be sooner rather than later.

If you think that way you will never upgrade as there will always be another release.

I am a caveman and am not doing the upgrades myself.
So I am paying a friend to do my backups and upgrades, hence I am asking this question....

XenForo upgrades are so painless that upgrading now and in 3 weeks shouldn't be too much difficult.

Consider that the XF 1.2 path from alpha to Gold has been extremely thorough. While its always possible that something pops up now that its in the wild, its a solid release. So I would say go for it.
