I have someone whom I don't trust at all .... And I've noticed this in the logs (as done here too).

Is there away to prevent this?

Nope. It's part of the HTML source.

You can go to any website in the world and view their CSS source.

I can understand the latter, but there's no security concerns.

Front end code is and always has been entirely open and visible regardless of platform.

But yeah, stealing code I see your point. Still nothing to stop it though.
