Sharing license question

Hi im new in xenforo , my friend plan to buy the license for xenforo and let me help him develop a forum website for him , can he share his license to me so i can use xenforo also?

Only one live installation is permitted but the owner can set up a test installation for development purposes, which they can grant you access to.
