Set user status/state from many users from "awaiting email confirmation" to "valid"

Hi,

we have a lot of users (148) that have the user state "awaiting email confirmation" (Don't know the exact english language string right now)
Anyway, is there a way to set the status from all of them to valid (normal users)?

I managed to select all of them, but I can only assign all of them to different users groups, ban them or stuff like that. But there is no option to set the user state.
I can only do this one by one which would be insane.

There is no option to change the state of multiple users using the Batch Update Users function.

Is this going to be implemented ? We have like 4000 users waiting e-mail approval.
