XF 2.0 Sessions table becoming corrupt

Hi there, I hope some of you wise XenFor people can help us with this...

For the second time in a week I have found our board **** down with a Xenforo message "Server Error".

My server guy has told me that it relates to the sessions table becoming corrupt. Can someone tip me off as to how we can keep this problem from happening again?

Corrupt tables are typically due to server instability and MySQL restarting unexpectedly.

You may want to get your sysadmin or host to look at that side of things.
