Im having a budget server where the session table is frequently getting corrupt due to server shutting down for little whiles.
I have to clean it up manually with phpmyadmin every time. Is it possible that xenforo can do this automaticly?

No, there is no functionality which will do that.

Storing sessions in the cache may avoid that, but caching may not be possible depending on the server config/set up.

Even with budget hosting though, it shouldn't be restarting unexpectedly.
