Server errors - template errors

Just had a load of server errors. 81 pages. Not email server errors. Max user connections resource, loads of template errors: Some are Template error [E_USER_WARNING] function_gen_aln_has_affiliate_links is unkown. Template error [E_USER_WARNING] Method canConvertThreadtoAMSarticles is not callable. Lots of all three of those. Mainly the affiliate links one. I don't have that many affiliate links. Some relate to really old posts (which don't have affiliate links).

Only thing I can think is - it's when my internet stopped working and I had to change DNS on router - but ...........
 
Thanks yes, but only a small number. The majority seem to be related to affiliate links and old posts. All at about 3am on Wednesday.
