I made the biggest mistake of my life when I moved up from Vb4 to Vb5. I have never ever in all the years I've owned a forum come across such amateur and badly written rubbish.

My question - Is there any chance I can upload my Vb5 database to xenforo ?

I really am desperate.

Unfortunately there is no direct migration path from vB5 to XenForo.

The importers we support are listed here: https://xenforo.com/community/threads/pre-sales-faq.4951/

If you can find a way to migrate from VB5 to one of those then you could do that first before importing to XF.

Other than that a few import specialists provide their services here and they may well be able to help.

Thank you so much for your response. My own fault I know, I should have had a read around before the upgrade. Now I'm off to find the nearest bridge
