Fixed Select-To-Quote Tooltip Position Near Lists

Go to this test thread and triple click on the second paragraph (that is adjacent to the following bulleted list) to highlight the whole paragraph. Select-to-Quote tooltip position will include the newline as well, hence it will appear at the beginning of the bulleted list. The same behavior can be observed by highlighting the last items in the list. This is not the case with a regular paragraph highlighting for example the first paragraph in the test thread. Initially I encountered this in RTL language, but later I realized that this is a general issue.

The same is true for spoilers next to a paragraph, be it in the same line or in the next line in the raw message.

On a side note, I don't think I've ever actually triple clicked to select text.

I'm using it all the time, it's the quickest way to select a complete paragraph
