As designed Search - Titles Only not working properly

The unexpected results you're seeing are tagged with 'registration', and for search purposes tags are indexed as part of the title, so this is pretty much the designed behavior.

Across the whole of xF, or Resources only?
So the "Search Titles only" is incorrect, it should be "Search titles and tags only"?

This is the behavior everywhere in XF with tags. It's been this way since tags were introduced.

We have made a couple UI tweaks to make this a little clearer though (and we now also expose tags on the search results).
