By default, the cron entry for user group promotion checks active users (e.g. user who interacted with the system in last 15 minutes, am I right?) at each hour.
Can I schedule the same for all the users once in every 24 hours (e.g. schedule what Rebuild User Group Promotions does).
I want to schedule some query which can be little expensive, so don't want to run in every hour. But targeting only active users does not make sense if I run it once in 24 hours.
