How would it be possible and php callback?
I'm having an issue installing this addon, every time I go to install it the server just drops the connection, similar to the problem described in:

Try do disable the addon first.
Had the same problem.
I actually uninstalled it first, so I'm unable to reinstall it and disable it.
Anyway to disable it via the database?

Yes, but I don't see how that would alleviate the situation?

try and use WINSCP
I had the same problem.
If the folder was deleted you normally upload a new version?
It's just one file in a folder.
I've done so but this still hasn't fixed the issue.

Yes, completely new folder and file.

Have you cleared your browser cache?
Sometimes after a while i got a message for rebuilding the addon inside the acp.
You got nothing?
Yes, I even tried a different browser.
Fixed the issue, seems to have been a memory issue on the VDS.
