XF 1.5 Rolling back an Import

If I want to rollback an import how do I go about doing this? I have a MySQL database from before I did the import and I have the one after. Was I also supposed to backup the actual forum files? Or just the databases? I have a complete rollback of the databases but I'm scared I won't be able to remove the attachments and the userprofiles..etc

You would have to restore the database and either delete any imported attachments and avatars or restore the data and internal_data directories.

So I could just take my current installation and delete the database and import my old one (before the import). That would work right?
