XF 2.2 Restart an import

Does anyone know the method to restart a vbulletin import?

I’m talking about just being able to either import new users and content or being able to reset just the content and not the entire site.

I have an idea how to do it but I don’t want to start experimenting if someone in here already knows.

The problem with this set up is that you want to do a test run, install everything and let people try things out. If you do this now you end up having to do everything all over again pretty much.
