XF 2.2 Import over an import

Hey all, I have created a test forum and have imported from IPS 4 all seems to be ok although forum permissions doing copy over that well. What I am wondering is this.

I was going to spend a bit of time testing the forum, test posting and adjusting permissions and settings etc so I can get it how I want but I then want to do a final import of our live posts, threads, users etc.

Would the attached be sufficient in getting the latest members and content while keeping the group permissions I have set? Also would this second import overwrite and test posts or other posts from the previous import as I obviously don't want to duplicate everything this goes fro groups and forums which is why I turned those off.

Incremental and top up imports are not supported.

All content would be duplicated.

You will need to wipe the content and do a new import.

I had the same with the importer dong IPS4 - permissions and groups didnt copy over at all
