RM 1.1 RM 1.1.1 Install Question

New to XenForo and very impressed with it. (using it for a new replacement of VB 5.05) Installed the base software yesterday and have been setting it up. Want to install the RM 1.1.1 that I purchased and I'm not entirely clear on the install instructions.

I've done step one.

For Step two - my take is that I should upload the RM modules that were unzipped to the server directories

Library
Styles -> Default

And then perform Step three?

Yes.

Unzip the files.
Upload the contents of the "upload" folder to your installation, merging when prompted.

Then go to the ACP, click on Install Add-on and browse to the .xml file.

I'm using FileZilla to FTP to my installation. The installation is using the /var/www/html directory.

How does the merge occur?
