Duplicate Rich text editor for media items

The last post on this topic was from 2015, so thought I'd suggest again for any new interest.

The idea is to switch the simple description textarea input to Rich Text Editor. Here's a sample mockup:



As you can see my dummy example is for photography, but I believe this could be very useful for any type of gallery purpose, and greatly expand on usefulness of gallery posts. Of course it would probably be good to have permissions for which usergroups could use rich text.

Edit: Sorry the first line in the screenshot should read "Sunset landscape shot.."
