I want that in the user signature besides the text, you can only put a url www.myforum.com/thread/...

I need in the signature ( if I allow to put urls) let them be only a url of a thread from my forum.

If the users want an url in the signature, only could be an url of a thread.

In my forum, users present their services and companies. The idea is to generate more page views, redirecting users to topics created by them. The restriction would be just that.
