Resource manager: Button for "Add a Review"

How do you add a review in the resource manager? Where's the button? A link somewhere? Search for the word "review" - nothing? Hmmmm ...

After a while I finally figured out that you have to click the stars to add your review. NOT really intuitive is it?

So my suggestion is a very simple one - an "Add Review" button at the top right just like the post new thread button in the forums. Simples!

But I kind of agree actually...

I must say I don't ever remember thinking it wasn't intuitive though. But it wouldn't hurt.
