Implemented Resource Manager: Add number of views to resources

Hi,

I would like to have the option to display the number of views to a resource. It would be more consistent with the rest of the forums, threads have a number of views and pages have the option to count views. Why not for the resources?

I know there is an add-on for this, but imho this should be default just for the sake of consistency

You can make a suggestion about displaying it there, though I personally don't think we should display it due to limited space (and not huge importance, IMO) and I'm not sure about swapping in views conditionally, for example. (For downloadable resources, the 3 lines we display matches the height between the two sections, so adding views would expand that.)

The reason I (and hopefully others would like this) is that we use it for stuff that you can view without downloading. Then we can show the most popular items which have many views, but 0 downloads
