Requirements if I'm going to migrate...

Hello, I'm hoping to migrate from SMF to Xenforo but as a car club we have some requirements to help maintain our membership information and provide a better experience for our members.

Most importantly is the paid subscriptions. The ideal scenario would be this:
A forum user clicks 'become a full club member'
The user is asked to enter their personal information using some custom fields (Additional to any info collected upon registering to use the forum)
The user is asked pay via paypal.
The user is assigned the next sequential membership number and is sent an email with the number included in the welcome message.
The user is assigned to a new group where they now have access to additional boards / features.
A second reduced price tier can be assigned to club representatives manually.

Other features I'm keen to see are:
A shop for club merchandise.
Facebookesque features such as
Like, comment and share.
Tagging and notifications
Easily mass upload/attachment of images and other media to posts including server side recompression / resizing.
Live chat features including audio notifications.

Our forum usage has declined rapidly over the past year due to our Facebook group becoming so popular.
They work well together but I'd like to see people back on the forum as it creates more of a community vibe.

User upgrades are built in but they are only available to registered members.
Any changes to the core system, such as entering additional details, would require custom development.

There may be a shop available as a third party add-on here: Resources

Liking is part of the core, as is sharing threads and posts.

User tagging is built in @John Delahaye, for which you would have just received an alert (notification).

Mass image uploading is supported.

There is a third party chat add-on available.

As far as I know there is no shop addon for XenForo. If you have specifics ideas in mind and you can't find any XF addon please send me a message and I'll help you to choose alternatives.
