When you report a post, it will still show the report button for you, and won't give any sort of feedback that you already reported that post. This causes a bit of confusion ('didn't my report work the first time?'), possibly causing multiple reports for no reason.
It would be nice that if you reported a post, it gives some sort of notice in that post that you already reported it, so it's obvious you won't have to do so again.
