Not a bug Report post box not seen on long posts

If a post is longer than your screen. I.e. You have to scroll to read it all, then when you hit Report at the bottom of the page the report box opens at the top of the page & you have to scroll up to find it.
It just confused me as I thought the Report button wasn’t working until I scrolled up & found it
 
I can't reproduce this, pressing the report button on a post of any length opens the overlay at the top of the viewport and is fully visible without scrolling. In fact, you should not be able to scroll at all while the overlay is open. What OS and browser do you experience this on? Do you have any zoom changes applied maybe?
 
It’s was on iPad iOS, Safari with no zoom changes

I’ve just tried again on here and it’s working as expected so please close this
