I'm not sure even using reddit as an example is a good thing. I can't edit this thread title anyway.Change title ?
Reddit style node -> New Reddit Style Addon (beta testing, demo available).
might be better anyway.I'm not sure even using reddit as an example is a good thing.
Like this.To me the way the reactions are displayed is visually disruptive to the flow. The.reactionsBar
css to me could use some rework. Possibly placing the reactions inline with the username, date & time without a background. (see second image below)

It’s set on a per node basis like article, question answer. In this case you’d select Hierarchical and that’s the type of node it is.Does this allow members to choose if they want traditional XF or nested? Or is it all of nothing?
I'll admit you did an amazing job making this look "OEM" but I definitely think it would be better if it's user selectable. But I also imagine that might require dev work for the switching views back and forth. It’s set on a per node basis like article, question answer. It can’t be user selectable. The two types are not compatible / interchangeable.I'll admit you did an amazing job making this look "OEM" but I definitely think it would be better if it's user selectable. But I also imagine that might require dev work for the switching views back and forth.
Agreed me either and the way half of the conversation are cut off. Very hard to follow.FB groups are an awful echo chamber. I can't use them 99% of the time.
Maybe that's just how car groups are.
Keep up the good work, you have my interest with this being selectable as a per node basisIt can’t be user selectable. The two types are not compatible / interchangeable.
I use multiple node types this format is more conservational. Bottom line is forums are dying. Why? FB Groups are not, not is Reddit. Maybe this will help gaining user interest.
