XF 1.5 reCAPTCHA for registering new users stops working

Hello,

it seems that reCAPTCHA stops working today or yesterday. There is no reCAPTCHA graphic when registering as a new user.
Any known problems?

The recommended course of action is to update to XF 1.5.16 or enable a different captcha. Google is no longer supporting reCAPTCHA v1 and we pre-empted this, but they weren't supposed to be shutting it down until the end of March...
