Ratings temporarily disabled

As we are planning on rolling out reviews with ratings, ratings have temporarily been disabled. No need to report it as a bug.

When the new system is rolled out, existing ratings will likely be wiped out. As a review will be required with a rating, this should help weed out some of the "1-star drive-by" ratings we're seeing.

And they're back now with "review" support. If you see any issue, please report it.

Existing ratings have been removed.

On a side note, existing download counts have been removed as we track those individually now.

Please note that for this reason, you will need to re-download any resources previously downloaded, if you want to rate and review them.
