I disabled a recurring User Upgrade for a few weeks until I realized that subscribers were being charged by PayPal but their subscriptions were not being renewed as expected. Since then, my "Payment Provider Log" was full of
What is the best way to recover from this with minimal impact to affected subscribers?
I have already re-enabled the affected User Upgrade.
Should I manually upgrade the affected users back into the subscription? What will happen next year when PayPal attempts to process their payment again? Will their subscription be renewed as expected, or is the "link" between the subscription in PayPal and their subscription in XenForo broken beyond repair?
No purchase request key. Unrelated payment, no action to take.
