Duplicate Quote formatting bug

Had this feedback from a couple of clients, tested on default theme and clean install.

There seems to be three bugs in the 'quote text' facility.

1) If Quote is selected ready to place text, the cursor is correctly positioned between the open and close quotes.

2 If 'stripped text' is then selected ready to place same, the cursor jumps to the outside of the close quote and has to be manually forced back to be between the quotes. Irritating.

3) Thee is a serious problem with subsequently adding underline or bold etc to text that is between the quotes. Select a word or two, or a line, and apply, say bold, the the entire text selected and below the selection has the font attribute applied.

It does not seem possible to bold or underline just a small part of the quote othr than by breaking quotes into sub-quotes merely to ba able to control attributes of a small amount of text. Unless you know better. I use quotes every single day.

I don't really understand the first two issues, so we would need more detailed reproduction steps on that.

The third one is a known issue. It's possible that the other issues are related.

Fixed - Firefox: Editor applies formatting not only to selected paragraph

In Firefox, under certain circumstances the editor applies bold formatting not only to the selected paragraph but also to the following paragraphs. The attached video shows a reduced test-case. Tested in Firefox 68 on Windows and Linux. This could be a regression in XenForo 2.1.3 / Froala 2.9.6.
