Quitting smoking with these bad boys

If you want to have an e-cig that isn't that big and has a tank you can take a look at the Joye Ego-T. They have the type a and type b setups. The type b is a larger tank. They do work good, you don't get quite as much flavor as you do direct dripping but they are convenient.

The other tanks that are worthwhile are the MAP tanks. If you do a google search on it you will find lots of results. Most of the vendors listed on the e cig forum are pretty good.

Hey Vapers, how's your tar-free smoke-free lives going ?

Would it be fair to say that not as many people as you would think know about vaping / e-cigarettes ?
Any thoughts to why that might be ?
Which Brick & Mortar stores carry a decent selection of e-cigs ?

Is there a Dummies Guide to e-cigarettes ?

http://www.electroniccigaretteguide.net/category/guide/ ?

I've been readings that the American Lung Association (ALA) has tried to ban ecigarettes and wants them regulated by the FDA. It is an epic failure of reasonableness for the ALA to try to ban ecigarettes. The optics of the ALA making a bold move to support the ban and FDA regulation of ecigarettes is very discouraging. They are hiding behind the notion that ecigarette's safety is unknown. Really ? That's not the question !!! The question is ... are they safer than the 4,000 chemical in cigarette smoke - 50 of which are scientifically-proven carcinogens.

I am making .pdf copies of everything the ALA says about ecigarettes. Time will show their peculiar stance on a real alternative to smoking was more harmful than reasonable.

/very sad.

I have been smoke free since a few days after I started with the e cig, when I started I was having 1 cig in the morning and 1 in the afternoon but quickly discovered after about 2 days that not only do cigarettes taste bad but I just did not need them anymore.

I now DIY my own liquid and have 3/4 chemicals that are all FDA approved for almost everything except Vaping, I have noticed
a lot of worrie going on over at the ECF forum lately so below is a few thread titles which has given me good reason to place a large Flavourless Nic order so that I can have some room to breath while I drop my nic level and eventually get to zero nicotine.

  • Fda To Regulate E-Cigs As Tobacco Products
  • Paypal going after e-cig companies we got this today
  • E Cigarettes including in smoking ban
  • Difficult times coming
  • FDA Seeks: Non-Face-to-Face Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products and Advertising, Promotion, and Marketing of Tobacco Products

I have noticed a few airlines also include ECigs in their smoking bans so it doesn`t surprise me.

Anyone recommend some of these available in the UK? I bought a starter pack of E-lites around 2 years ago, however because they were so popular at the show i got them from, they were out of stock for 6 weeks afterwards, meaning i was back on the real cigs again.

Would love to give this another go tho :) So looking for recommendations here - cant be bothered with self filling yet - the hope is to ween myself off em completely :)

I hear they are on the 3rd generation of these now, so i'm hopeing there's been some improvements over the originals :)

It is a bit hard to recommend an e cig simply because of the many different types but If I was to go back to the start and do it over again I would probably start with a bloog or a volt which is basically the same but cheaper. I sugest heading over to ECF where you will get plenty of helpful advice and find many UK members to get you back up to speed.

I think totally wicked e liquid is partially base out of the uk. If I started over again I would go with the ego, tornado setup. It all depends what size device you want to use. I use a mod now and couldn't ever go back to using a standard ecig again.

congrats on quitting! my friends have been using the e-cigs, and it seems to be effective so far. i think they still have nicotine, but it's still better than the real deal. good luck!

Hehe seeing as It's the new year and all......

I'm still completely cigarette free since this thread was started and I've given up the ecigs for about 3 weeks now.

If you smoke and you're pondering ecigs just hurry up and purchase a kit already, you won't regret it.
