"Questions" functionality

I am reviewing various forum solutions for a software vendor user group. We have a very active user base that currently is using a 10+ year old version of phpBB. Some of our key requirements revolve question functionality. Specifically...

1. The ability to create a post as a support question.
2. The post should display that it is a question
3. The original poster or the admin should be able to mark the question as answered
4. We would also like to be able to search for unresolved questions.
5. It would be nice to have a tab of only unresolved questions.
6. It would be nice to have the original poster notified via email if no answers are proposed.
7. Option to bump unanswered questions.

Does xenForo have any of this functionality natively or might there be plugins that would provide this capability?

XenForo does not have a Q&A style thread type built in, but there may be add-ons available that do.
