Is it possible to use both Q&A captcha and Invisible recaptcha use in the registration form?

No that's not an option to use both.

I find recaptcha to be ineffective, so I suggest using the Questions and answers.

Someones got a nasty bot submitting on my registration form and it's flooding the user table with bunch of fake IDs. Seems like it has all questions and answers to them, so the bot can auto fill the QnA captcha.
I'm looking for a combination like QnA captcha and Silent recaptcha..

Is there a way to get it working by adding double <xf:captcha force="true" /> lines using a template mod to registration form?
If it's possible, then how to force silent recaptcha when the default captcha is QnA?

If anyone knows if this is possible, otherwise it might be a good feature request.
It would be a good thing to be able to use both a captcha and Q and A.

Out of the box, only one captcha method can be implemented.

Custom development would be required.
