XF 1.3 Public votes on Polls

Trying to permit public to vote on polls.

Have looked at node permissions and user group permissions and have it set for guests to be permitted to vote.

when I view the site as a guest, I cannot vote.

is this a bug or did I completely miss a setting? if so, which setting?

Guests can't vote on polls.

It's hard-coded in the PHP.

oh....gotcha.

i saw a few settings mentioned permitting the guests to vote, so was looking everywhere for what i missed.
