XF 2.2 Allow unregistered users to vote on polls

I've create a sub forum where unregistered users should be allowed to vote on polls. I applied the following permissions to "Unregistered" user group for this forum:

• Vote on threads/posts (when applicable)
• Vote on Polls

It works without any problems for registered users, but not for unregisted users. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Certain functions are unavailable to unregistered users - voting on polls is one of them.

The user group also applies to unconfirmed registered accounts, which is why the permissions exist.

I don’t believe you can let guests vote on polls. I tried it last year and was told it’s not possible.
