XF 1.5 Problem with new install "test"

Hello,

I want to install from scratch Xenforo on another "free" website to make some tests without cloning my actual DB.

I have uploaded all Xenforo files into the new folder I made specifically for the test area but when I go to the website, I don't see the installation process like the one I had the first time on my forum...

I can't modify the config.php cause there is no config.php before installing the Xenforo files.

What's wrong please?

Free hosts typically don't support XF.

Ok, may I install Xenforo locally to perform some tests but I will have the same issue no?

XF installs fine on localhost.
