Fixed Problem with Feed and prefixes

I#m getting a no permission error message while registering a new feed


Hadn't time to analyse it myself...
So that's all i can provide atm

Fixed now. It would happen if you didn't have permission to view that forum on the public side. (Or, there are situations where you can be logged into the admin side but not the public side.)
