XF 2.3 Thread Prefix with RSS Feed poster not working

• I have a forum where regular members cannot start a thread where I have the RSS feeds posted. It is just for the feed poster.
• I have a user account setup as just a bot for the RSS feed poster and permissions verified
• I have verified that when logged in the bot account, that the account can start a thread and the prefix is required, as per the settings.

But when the RSS Feed Poster posts a feed thread, the prefix is not assigned to the thread and I have to do it manually each time.

Is there a setting or setup I am missing?
Or is this a known/unknown bug?

SOLVED

I had the prefix set in the forum. I had user set to use prefix's.

But I didn't know each feed source had the preset default setting in there too.
