Duplicate Private notes for Staff on a thread

We use XF on various sites but one is our company (software biz) so our customers may ask questions. We may need to lookup info to help the user on the forum and that info would be ideal if shared for other staff to see.

We currently use help desk software that has this capability on the tickets, we'd love to see XF grow to allow us to replace our help desk software with the XF solution but for now the private notes for staff would be a nice feature. The suggest is specific to a thread but it could go beyond to users such as if we want to note their account used for the software which can be different from what they use for forums as some people use different email addresses for various reasons.

Add note to user profile / threads

I would like to see a feature where moderators can add comments/notes to an userprofile or to an thread. These infos would be visible for moderators only - not for ordinary users. These could be notes like "keep an eye on this thread because of content XY"

A small suggestion: I think there should be added a personal notepad for Users and a Notepad in Admin Control Panel which all administrators can view. :)
