Private message system doens't work

Hello,

My pm system doen't work like it should. When i send a message it won't send and keeps rolling but nothing. Very annoying. Does anyone has the same problem?
After 2-3 minutes i see in my inbox and it isn't send. What could this be plz?

PHP-version5.3.26
Should i still install this?
