XF 2.1 Post made "later today"

I've a member who is reporting that they regularly, intermittently see posts that are allegedly made "later today" (see screenshot they took).
After a while, this displays correctly for them.

I've never seen this myself, but someone else reported the same issue.

I saw a post in the bug reports forum that reported a similar issue, but this was allegedly fixed.

I'm on the latest version of xF 2.1.

Could someone kindly advise me, if there is likely to be a setting I have got wrong, or are they doing something wrong?

It’s not a setting, the browser simply is out of sync with the server due to cache/session bring expired. A simple page refresh solved the display anomaly.
