XF 2.2 Photos wont upload

My forum users keep getting a message to say their photo is too big to upload, please can anyone tell me how we fix this? Also I am not technical at all so please explain it to me in very basic terms. Thank you very much.

1. On the server, from cPanel or WHM check your MultiPHP INI Editor settings.

Should look something like this, depending on your server (mine are probably a little high for most):

post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 128M

2. AdminCP >> Setup >> Options Attachments

Check your settings there is your cPanel settings are already okay.

Thank you, I am with A2 hosting but can't see anything like that in the CPanel, might it be elsewhere?

Ask them, they’ll help you out. Make sure you check your settings in the ACP as well.
