XF 1.5 Permanent Warnings

Why does the View link for permanent warnings use the typical link color, but the View link for temporary warnings use the regular text color? The screenshot below is on a custom style, but I checked on the default style, and it was like that there as well.

Just curious what the reasoning behind this is.

The temporary warnings are all expired.

I kind of figured it had something to do with that.

So, in a way, it's like saying expired warnings are not as important.
